Hummingbird Hoop - Glow in The Dark Earrings

To make these glow in the dark earrings, I take stainless steel lazer cuts and fill them with resin. I add a non-toxic mineral to pigment my resin, and it has the capacity to absorb light and slowly emit it. 
In the daytime, they have a stained glass effect, and the transparency allows them to absorb light from both sides. Any light will charge them, but UV light will charge them the quickest. 
I use stainless steel ear wires (titanium available, too)
